Exercise Ball

Exercise Ball: "Gaiam Balance Ball Chair (Black)
Amazon Price: $79.99
Average Customer Rating: 4.0
Review (rating: 4):
Don't be discouraged when you first inflate the ball. The exercise ball is going to look too small for the average desk. Let it sit a few days and then you can inflate it more. At home, in my big living room, it still looked too small. I thought I wouldn't be able to reach my keyboard. Once I got it to my office, I found that it's the same height as my executive chair.
It truly made me realize how immobile and rigid my regular chair has been all these years. Now I'm constantly moving my spine and flexing. What a wonderful change from sitting in the same position ALL day and getting stiff as a board. My back pain hasn't disappeared (probably never will) but this is much better."

Exercise Ball

Exercise Ball: "Perfect Pushup
Average Customer Rating: 4.5
Review (rating: 5):
This exercise equipment is very solid! I'm in the military and can knock out 60 or 70 pushups in 2 minutes (depending on how hard I've been training recently). These grips make pushups tough and challenging, and I can barely do 35 straight on them! I've been training on them for 3 weeks, and while I haven't yet measured the difference in terms of my performance on 'regular' pushups, I'm sure it's appreciable. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to improve muscular endurance in their upper body."

Cheap Elliptical Trainers « ThingsToBuy: "Fist things first. Elliptical trainers are primarily cardiovascular machines. Ellipticals work the big muscles in your legs to get your heart and lungs working hard enough to achieve a cardio training effect. If you wanted, you could achieve exactly the same cardio training effect by running in place in your underwear and bare feet that you can with the most expensive elliptical cross trainer. You exercise your body, not the equipment."
