Yoga DVD: "Also, if you're interested in a non-stop yoga fitness regime, buy an alternative DVD to have on hand once you have a better idea of what yoga is all about. In that case, the title should maybe be changed to reflect what it really is 'Basic Yoga POSES for Dummies."
